Acid for Blood

Yesterday was a happy day because I found out that my local Barnes & Noble now stocks my favourite games magazine (and quite possibly my favourite magazine, full stop), Edge. I haven't read it in at least three years, so I don't know whether I agree with critics' views that the quality of Edge has gone downhill in the interim. All I know is that no other magazine covers games culture in a mature, journalistic, and critical fashion in the way that Edge does. The same goes for their entire approach to video and computer games journalism. I also trust Edge's games reviews more than almost any other source. I know where $8.00 + tax (£4.00) of my money is going every month from now on!
